I am tired of hospitals and doctor’s visits. I had so many questions (I still do) and it was exhausting to ask questions because Doctors usually assume your condition just by looking at you once! They think they know more about my body than me, which was really infuriating for me.
I have seen so many people struggling with this, so I just want to create a solid resource to help them understand their condition. I’m not a doctor, I don’t have a medical background, but I have seen enough to understand that we need someone who can listen to us properly and advise accordingly. So I decided to create this blog!
Lemon Suicide was explicitly designed for people who have or taking care of someone with a Disability
My main goal with lemon suicide is to help people with disability to find the voice they need to share. I want to share things that may help people to heal themselves and in the process, I want to heal myself too. Lemon suicide provides insights into what it feels like to be in a wheelchair and overcome your struggles doing little things like getting dressed, moving around, bathing, etc.
I share tips and tricks by which you can bring ease into your life! Being in a wheelchair doesn’t make you a liability or a burden, you are fantastic and worthy. Don’t feel discouraged by little things you can’t do, there’s always a way around it. I want to help you feel more independent and alive 🙂
